Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team atsupport@tutor-swan.com.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you have not used the AI grading feature.
  • Technical issues: If our platform fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate payment: Full refund for any duplicate charges.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • After 7 days from the date of purchase
  • If AI grading credits have been substantially used (more than 10% of allocated credits)
  • For partial months of service
  • If the account has been suspended due to policy violations
4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
